One-on-one coaching for families with a former school counselor and principal who's spent over a decade working with boys. Bring what's worrying you and we'll think it through together. The first call is free.

A few of the families I've worked with, in their own words.
I originally met with Munib because my 9-year-old son was having some challenges at school, and I expected a typical principal-parent meeting. Instead, the conversation became about me as a father - my fears, what my son was really asking for beneath the behavior, and the kind of relationship I wanted to have with him as he grew up. He has a unique ability to ask questions that lead you to your own answers while gently reframing the way you see the situation. I walked away with a completely different perspective on parenting, and it has had a lasting impact on my relationship with my son.
Our family is grateful to have had the chance to work with Dr. Rezaie. Our son has struggled with ADHD, emotional regulation, and impulsivity, all of which resulted in him getting in trouble at school and feeling like he was a "bad kid." Dr. Rezaie recognized our son's struggle, embraced him with warmth and understanding (even on his most difficult days), and patiently coached him to develop strategies for recognizing his emotions and pausing before reacting. Dr. Rezaie quickly became one of our son's favorite people, as he understands the value of building rapport and earning trust before coaching begins. Thank you, Dr. R, for the difference you made in our family.
Our son worked with Dr. Rezaie for a year while in middle school, and Dr. Rezaie's strengths as a teacher, counselor, motivator, and mentor really helped his development. Dr. Rezaie has the ability to not only reach kids but help them and their families find different and better ways of working through many of the issues they face growing up. He is especially skilled at working with exceptional kids, those with various types of ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other diagnoses. We're grateful that he was able to be a part of our lives.
15-minute introductory call, free. After that, sessions are available individually or in packages.

The connection you're working for is still within reach.
By the time most parents reach out, they've already tried the obvious things. Had the conversation. Given the lecture. Backed off and waited it out. And something's still off.
That's the moment these calls are for. Fifty minutes, by video, with me. Over a decade with boys as a teacher, counselor, and principal, in the kinds of conversations most adults find impossible to start. We work out what's actually going on, and what you can do next.
We go at the pace the situation needs. One call to get clear on something specific, or a handful to work through something bigger. No program to sign up for. Just the conversation you've been needing to have.
This is coaching, not therapy. I don't provide mental health treatment, diagnosis, or clinical counseling.
